These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Digestify, available at getdigestify.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Digestify is an AI-powered tool that generates structured summaries of content you provide and helps you review and retain it. Features and availability may change as we improve the product.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Digestify.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider, Stripe.
• Every plan begins with a free trial as described at sign-up. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit content you don't have the right to use, or that infringes others' rights.
• Use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit and the digests generated from it. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process, store, and display that content to provide the service to you. You can export or delete your content at any time.

AI-generated output

Summaries are produced by an AI model and may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Digests are provided for convenience and are not a substitute for the original source or for professional advice. You are responsible for verifying anything important. See Understanding AI Digests for guidance on using output wisely.

Intellectual property

The Digestify name, software, and design are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our branding or software beyond using the service as intended.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that summaries will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digestify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
